All Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If a client is over 5 minutes late, you will receive a No Call-No show text message/and or email and your deposit is forfeited and you will have to make another deposit to schedule another appointment.
If a client misses their appointment and do not call, their deposit will be forfeited, a client is given 2 forgiveness "No Call-No Show" within a 12 month calendar YEAR after that the client will not be able to book with The Penthouse Spa in the future. The client can come in on a walk-in basis to check if any appointments are available. All "No Call, No Show" appointments will be charged the full amount of the service with the card they have on file.
We understand that life happens, if you have to reschedule please give us at least 5 hours prior to your service to be able to accommodate your schedule. You will be admitted one reschedule. If the client decides to reschedule their appointment time within 5 hours of your scheduled appointment, your next appointment will have a $20 reschedule fee added on.
We request that all clients arrive 10 minutes prior wearing a mask to your scheduled service. This allows time to change into a robe and fill out a consultation. We have a beautiful relaxation area in the front of the spa where you may relax before or after your services with a glass of wine or bottled water. Please do not bring extra guest with you unless they are receiving a service as well.
Our web site does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may only use our web site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. LEGAL ISSUES: We will disclose personal information when required by law or in good faith belief if such action is necessary or desirable to comply with the law, protect or defend the rights or property of the spa, the site or its users.
